Dreams- A forever quest

In the sublime serenity
of deep blue sea
silence is intense
and inherent with 
continuous scrutiny
Grueling to recon
for purpose to seek

Always at verge of
daunted by dreams
tormented by battles
with bewildered screams

No wonder how haggard
or lost we feel
We continue to serve
our lives,
for what heart weeps.
Valiant to strife
in inclination
and breathe.
